「The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk to underground / train station. But need to carry the luggage thru stairs when accessing/leaving the hotel.」

「Breakfast was good, efficient and the buffet was open until 11am. Location was within walking distance to the under ground station and the train station. Made it very easy to get around as I found taxis & Ubers to be longer travel time than taking the train/tube.」

「We booked a family room, but they only give me a double room and a extract sofa bed, very tiny. Why charge me a family room price and provide a double room for me? Quene and ask for the reception for some paper, because the room is empty, they said: you can just walk to the restaurant and take it. I would like to order food from restaurant and takeaway to my room, they said i didnt have a reservation and ask me to come back half hours later to order. The first time to know that i need a...
