"Our room was perfect - great view, clean, spacious. The lunches at P2B were also excellent. But the staff were incredibly wonderful - so nice and helpful, whether it was at the front desk (Sandrine), the restaurant (wish I knew the names of the two servers), and the room cleaners; also fantastic. We had a minor problem with the bathroom door being off the rails, and the maintenance man fixed it very quickly. He, too, was really kind and professional."

"Stayed for a single night prior to a cruise. Good location to the Princess Dock. Took a Rideshare, but could have walked if I were younger. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and quiet. No inhouse restaurant, but adjacent cafe for breakfast. Restaurants were plentiful."

"What's not to love? It's a lovely facility, UBC campus is beautiful, and it's very peaceful. The rooms are spartan (they're dorms), but they randomly had the *most* amazing towels I've ever had at a hotel, and I've stayed at many top-end hotels (picture bath sheets two inches thick). Toiletries are mid, bring your own shampoo & conditioner unless you are ok with 2 in 1. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss (terrible coffee and eggs, pretty good pancakes & bacon). If you're planning on being in your room just to sleep, it's perfect."
