「I was traveling with my parents, who need an accessible room due to my dad’s limited mobility. This hotel really accommodates that with a roll in shower and bars all around it and the toilet. The only thing that would have been even better is to have a fold down shower seat. But the room was amazing, as it was located in its own small hall with two other accessible rooms. Very spacious and quiet! The breakfast was great and the location is very convenient to I-85, chantilly parkway, and Atlanta...

「My wife and daughter found dead roaches on the bed they were sleeping on, like the sheets and bedding hadn’t been washed and/or replaced in a while. It was late after 10pm when we got in and left before 530am. I did inform the front desk of the issue and all she asked about was the room number we were in. 」

「Buyer beware: this is a converted Best Western Hotel (old made new with paint type place) Our problems began at check in and did not end. There were a series of problems and inappropriate jokes, like my daughter and I were allowed into the room but we were to leave our 5 year old in parking lot for the night. At 4:30 am, a staff member entered our room. We called police. The police, staff member, maintenance person and cleaning troop came to enter the room 4 more times after that. Our keys...
