「I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel ever since I left and have not been able too. I need a receipt for my stay. Please contact ne」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is run down and dirty. I had hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor and hair on the sheets. There are bleach stains on the carpet, the furniture is outdated. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff.」

「The room we were assigned to had blood stains on the curtains. The sofa bed mattress was stained with obvious blood stains and possible urine. I reported this and was given a different room. The clerk apologized for the situation. I would not want to stay there again. 」

「There was a leak in the front entrance, and although it was clean, the AC to the rooms were turned off so you walk into a 86 degree room, before you go crank the air on. We were also booked a room that already was occupied, in which they weren’t sure who was in there lol. But the situation was handled fine, we were moved to another two rooms and slept well! Overall it was fine when you are with a few others to sleep for a night」

「We had been traveling all day for a wedding and tried to check in at 2:00pm. We were told they were still cleaning the rooms and had to come back at 3:00. Can't believe one room wasn't available. When we came back at 3:00 the desk clerk conducted himself like it was his first day on the job. The elevator was extremely slow. The hall carpets were very dirty and stained. 「Don’t waste your money there. They use fabulous to make it smell good Floor was dirty, bathroom had mildew and small holes in ceiling. The air gets cold. You have to literally slam the door for it to close. The floor by the ac is caving in. They need to be demolished and rebuilt」

「The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.」
