「I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel ever since I left and have not been able too. I need a receipt for my stay. Please contact ne」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is run down and dirty. I had hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor and hair on the sheets. There are bleach stains on the carpet, the furniture is outdated. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff.」

「The room we were assigned to had blood stains on the curtains. The sofa bed mattress was stained with obvious blood stains and possible urine. I reported this and was given a different room. The clerk apologized for the situation. I would not want to stay there again. 」

「I didn't stay, I ended up canceling my reservation after going up to the room. The lady at the front wasn't very personable (Bhava or something), but she wasn't rude. The hall and walls at entry and elevator look dusty. The elevator as well. The room smelled muggy and looked unclean. It felt more like motel than anything & wasnt worth what | was paying (but I see now the Expedia upcharged based on rates on Google). This is only because it doesn't look like was posted on Expedia. So I don't "not"...

「The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Parking is free. Nice comfortable hotel for a reasonable price.」

「This place is not for a traveler who is used to Hilton type setting. Friendly staff but place is not for me 」

「Bathroom was remodeled, bed comfortable. Floor was little dirty. No elevator or breakfast as advertised, just honey buns.」

「Not worth the $75 - there are a lot of better places out there for that price. I didn't bother asking the staff to clean the room or move me to a different room, but I was only there for 9 hours so it seemed pointless to make a fuss. Definitely had to shower again the next morning and wear my shoes, didn't touch any surfaces without disinfecting them first. Do not recommend.」

「The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.」
