Upon returning from a day out, we had exactly one channel. It remained that way for the balance of the trip and they ignored polite requests for some nominal money back. "

"Great location in central Manhattan. Our room could have been cleaner and we found random dirt items including old contact lenses on the floor of our room suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned. There were also dirt markings all over the white walls and stains on table tops and the chair. Otherwise I would consider staying here again given the location, safety of the property, and price. "

"A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room."
