Prime location near Fulton center and the PATH. Clean rooms, easy check in. The staff especially Mentor was very friendly and helpful. Many options for food and coffee within steps just outside the hotel. Plan to return when I’m back in the city.

Had a very nice experience, overall. Great location and the studio spaces are awesome, comfortable, spacious and modern. Only thing that I'd suggest is get your own toilet paper - the 1ply they provide is :/ otherwise, definitely going back there when I'm back in NYC a few months!

We loved the location, rooftop patio, gym, and giant bathtub and shower! The pull out couch was the only issue because it was broken and even though they tried to fix it for us, it was very uncomfortable for the person in our party who had to sleep on it (and the couch was too hard to sleep on as an alternative). There was also a lot of construction noise but I think that is very common in NYC.

Rooms are clean and remodeled with latest upgrades. Beautiful design and next best thing from home. Units have all the comforts of home, full kitchen, laundry, cookware, utensils , etc. far greater value than a hotel. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Thus the reason this was our 2nd trip back and will stay here again when in NYC.

The place is very clean and the rooms spacious. The property proved to be difficult for Uber, they could not find the street and kept wanting to drop off and pick up on other corners. There is no ice maker in the fridge and they do not provide ice trays to manually make ice. There is no ice machine on the property. The front desk staff says if you need anything just ask, but when I did ask, they gave me a hard time.
