「This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. There was no blackout curtain to the large sliding door to the balcony. There...

「It felt like our home away from home. Including drinking water, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom. Also when we went to the beach they let you check out comfortable chairs, umbrella, and kids sand toys. The pool is 4.5 ft which was perfect for my little ones. Staff was nice, very helpful, and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Location was great a 6 minute walk to the beach and right next to 5th ave.」
