「 I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. 「Great location on Lillie Ave within walking distance to breakfast and lunch eateries. Great trendy shopping and fabulous bookstore all nearby. Be aware the hotel is near the freeway and rail tracks, as is all of Summerland, so it can be noisy if you leave the window open. 」

「It was the perfect place for my daughter and I while we were in town to visit UCSB. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful bike path and close to an ocean front restaurant. Cute little park for kids and restrooms at the beach. 」

「We arrived at the hotel at late night. When my car was about to turn left on the corner, several staffs started to gather at the entrance to get ready to greet us. One got my car, one took care of our luggage, and another took us to check in. The whole thing was smooth and made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel was stylish and nicely decorated.
