「This was the best hotel stay we ever had and we travel a lot. We had everything we needed plus more. This hotel was great for just meet and my husband. It’s great for families as well. We will be back this summer for sure!」

「This is our go-to spot for enjoying a beach getaway. It’s centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. The pool is nice and everything is clean. We appreciate the quiet pace of the hotel.」

「The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. 「Local is very excellent. Room is clean. the breakfast is good too.」

「Overall, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the outlet. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was woken up around midnight by someone banging a door very loudly. The TV noise and other sounds from outside continued after midnight, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had difficulty falling back asleep because I was worried someone might come to my room.」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」
