「My family found Azul to be a beautiful resort in a fantastic location in Negril. The beach is calm and warm- just steps from hotel rooms. All the staff was excellent during every encounter- kind, polite, friendly, & helpful. There may have been 1 or 2 times a server was quiet/aloof but never rude.
