「We really enjoyed our stay at The Emily Hotel. We had a great room at a great price. The check in was quick and easy, we valeted our car which was worth every penny for the convenience. Coffee every morning and a cocktail every evening at the hotel were very nice. The area around the hotel is a whirlwind of fantastic dining and nightlife options. 「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」
