「It was clean. They were very accommodating for us. The person who checked us in was so friendly and he was always around. We asked if he ever took time off and he said he did but he was there the next morning checking on everything. I love the location, it was close to everything I needed. Only good comments on this hotel from me.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
