Cute little spot! Stayed only one night, but it was pet friendly ($20 pet fee! - so not bad!) and clean. The location was cute just downtown with lots of cafes and local small town charm.

The girl at the front desk was excellent. Helped us with all our problems. However, the room had no coffee pot. Had no clean towels. Carpeting was real dirty. Shower curtain was stain on the bottom from water.

I liked we could bring our dogs. But a guy that lives on the corner behind the hotel was verbally abusive about our dog on our first night there. Then a dog attacked my beagle and drew blood on both ears and a Knick on her nose. That dog lives on the corner in front of the hotel to the right in an apartment above the flower shop. That dog was with owners on the step unleashed when a I came down Main Street and came out into the street to head to the parking lot for the hotel. The dog came running out and started a fight with my beagle, very scary! So my point in reporting this is if you have dogs be cautious!

The inn is ran down and in need of updates. They also seem to have permanent tenants. There are kids toys and bikes around the back of the property. Works if you need a quick, cheap place for 1 night but don't expect much more.

Our room was large and clean. The issue we had was there was a plastic mattress cover on the bed. It was uncomfortable and awkward. There was also 2 very flat pillows which also added to things being uncomfortable.

I wish I could remember the guy at the desks name, but he was AWESOME! We rolled in at like 11pm, and he honestly made a massive difference. The room was clearly old, but really clean and comfortable. The halls smelled a bit, but the room was great and the lobby was clean.

The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.
