It’s a great place but they can’t keep the pool working. My daughter and 2great grandsons go there for our Thanksgiving get together. The pools were working last year and it was great. Not this year. Very disappointing.

I think it would be quicker for me to write the things that were fine rather than the things that went wrong. I was in a bit of a hurry when booking this and now looking back, the reviews have been terrible and now I know why. Save yourself the headaches and don't stay here. Doors were broke (for a while per the staff), hot tub was broke, room was smelly, heater wasn't adjustable/working, keycards door locks weren't working. Not only was this experience terrible, Expedia did not back me up on this booking.

Consistently Good Hotel

Consistently my favorite hotel in the area. The breakfast has options for everyone, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool area is great for all ages, and I always feel safe at the property.

There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town.
