「The hotel has a great location and the staff was friendly. The dining room had a good selection for both breakfast and dinner. The room was also very clean and comfortable.」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The hotel is close to everything and a great price. We were there in April 2026 and the facility is in the midst of being updated. 」

「Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.」

「Great little inexpensive motel. Slightly older but in good shape and obviously taken care of. The room was clean, the AC worked great and the water was hot with good pressure. Would recommend for a quick overnight stay. 」
