The area was quiet and felt safe, which was perfect for traveling with kids. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during our stay. "Our room was very cozy and quiet with a beautiful view, and the temperature was comfortable and easily adjustable. Check-in was smooth and the staff were courteous and efficient. We deeply appreciate the free and ample parking—that feature will definitely have us returning very soon. The only thing we found a bit off-putting was the poorly functioning elevator and inaccessible staircase, otherwise it was awesome. Thank you so much! "

"Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean, we felt safe. They did have complimentary breakfast, your basics (pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, pastries). There is a bus stop almost right in front of the hotel which is great for public transportation. There is also a hospital across the street. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Our stay was great overall! The staff was friendly and very helpful! They appeared to genuinely care about us as the customers. The room was hot and a little stuffy the first night and the sink in the bathroom was a little clogged. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean. Due to the increase flu cases in NYC, the staff highly encouraged those with cold symptoms to wear masks. They did great about ensuring the common areas were sanitized. We would defintiely recommend others to stay here!"
