「Free parking and close to everything」

「很好」

「Staff was helpful, was more of a you pay for what you get type of hotel. Dirty sheets, dirty floors, smelled like weed the whole time we were there and is also in the bronx which is very far from the city part of NY. But was good for what we paid and we enjoyed our time in the bronx」

「Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room」

「Amazing house! Very clean and the towel warmer in the bathroom was very nice :)」

「The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the Metro. The only small niggle is that the bedroom had no mirror and the hairdryer had a very short lead, so we had to buy a mirror from the local CVS. The beds were extremely comfy, too.」

「They did a great job. However your survey would not let me hit 5」

「ok」

「A gem centrally located. A nine minute walk to the MET. Rooms are small but beds are comfortable, the staff was helpful at every turn and the rooms were immaculate. Plenty of dining and coffee option nearby and parking was handy right across the street.」

「The front desk needs to improve the professionalism.」
