「This trip was a quick four day trip to Costa Rica. I just wanted a clean room on the beach. It was very economically priced. The room was clean and spacious. This is not the normal resort or hotel I would stay in but it was excellent for what I was looking for on this trip. I usually stay at nicer much more expensive, all inclusive resorts where its a mile to the food, or beach. This one is right on the beach. About a 15 minute walk or $4 Uber ride to town. 「Cute boutique hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. My room was a bit dark and outdated. I wanted an omelette for breakfast but I was told that it wasnt included. They should definitely put that on the menu for breakfast. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!」

「Great staff, beautiful pool. Incredible food in the restaurant. But the elevator is broken (and apparently has been for months). Looks like they have no plans to fix it, since we noticed the staff storing cleaning supplies in it. We had to move to a first floor room (from the Nyuri Penthouse Suite) when my husband got into an accident in Costa Rica and could no longer use the stairs. Very disappointing that the management company doesn't consider this a priority.」

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. 「Everything was so smooth and easy for check in & check out. Property was clean and felt very homey once we were settled in. The parking lot was a little tight for parking, but all in all it was a wonderful spot :)」

「Overall, we had a really nice stay at the hotel. The property was beautiful, our room was comfortable, and for the most part, everything was great. The biggest issue we experienced was with the staff during meal times. Unfortunately, several interactions felt rude and unwelcoming, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Hospitality really makes a difference, especially when you’re staying somewhere for a vacation. We also had a significant issue with the outdoor pool area....
