"In town for a family event, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lauri got us a last-minute dinner reservation at Allure, which was also fantastic. Will was also most helpful in getting our luggage where it needed to be. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Love the historic aspects of the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and had all the amenities that you need. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had more items than most hotel breakfast. The only downfall was the parking situation. I do understand it is in downtown Savannah but we were not able to take advantage of the hotel parking behind the building and could not fit in the paid parking garage (truck too big to fit under the clearance). We ended up parking on the street and paid a metered parking the next...

"The check in itself was excellent, the young man at the desk was very cordial, polite, & helpful. Unfortunately the bed was like sleeping on concrete, & was murder on my back. Love that they're pet friendly (very much so), but do not understand why they would have carpeted rooms with pets. Everything smells like a wet dog, & we all know the carpet will never, ever be truly clean. The room was very clean, the body wash in the shower was empty, & the mattress on the sofa bed was literally a joke....

"Bed was very comfortable but not having curtains that closed all the way made it hard to fall asleep. "

"Housekeeping only came once during our stay and only replaced the towels. No beds made, trash cans not emptied, floors not mopped! Our socks had to replaced due to the foors condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful "
