"I was in town and needed a room for a few nights. After reading reviews, I decided this place would work. I was hopeful the reviews were honest, at least about the cleanliness of the rooms. Really, that’s all I care about. I am grateful that this place was clean. The room attendants were also very polite as well as the young man at the desk. This is where I will be staying when I am in town moving forward. Thank you to the staff! God bless you!"

"Hotel Santa Barbara was very clean and kept up well. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is Valet parking which is important since it is in downtown Santa Barbara. It is on State st. Which is end to end restaurants, bars, and stores. A nice place to walk around. The only thing I did not like was that the room remodeling is too modern and sterile for a beautiful building built in 1926."
