「The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. ...

「The AC in the conservatory where we held the wedding ceremony and meal was wholly inadequate. It was 27c outside and at least that inside. The main problem was underspecified AC units ( there were only 2 - probably needed 6). There was no roof blinds to shade us from the afternoon sun, so the venue got hotter and hotter. As a result the experience was very uncomfortable - inexcusable really as the Hotel Management must have always know this was a problem in the hot summers from previous years....

「Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.」

「Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family.」

「Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.」
