「Check in was easy. The staff was courteous.. Not much of a breakfast. I’m glad my teenagers were not with me they would have been very disappointed.」

When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. When I called to personally attempt a remedy, thee staff laughed. I sent an email and received no response. 「Loved the history and location! From the staff to the hotel and accommodations all was superb!」

「Stated 2 nights, requested the room be cleaned , new towels. Was assured this would be done , by evening, it was not and only got excuses. So tired of post covid crap!」

「I was charged an additional fee, even though I had paid for the room in full in advance. The room was musty. Very musty. I awoke feeling unwell both days.」

「Everything seemed clean and well kept. The resort is cute and everything you would expect from a lake resort. Overall the property is dated and the pools are too small for the crowd size around the 4th of July weekend. The lake has a ton of seaweed and algae resides around the perimeter of the lake. The restaurants are above average and we had a blast at karaoke night. Overall a 4 out of 5!」
