「Room was clean, good breakfast. Did have a couple issues first the floors and doors are so thin you hear everything, sounds like herds of elephants running through the hallway and above you. Had a hard time sleeping. Second thing the light in the bathroom went out, I notified the desk but never gained power made it difficult to get ready. 」

When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was...
