「We stayed for one night and had a great experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived – nothing was too much trouble, and they really made us feel welcome. The price was amazing for what we got, making it excellent value for money. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the children loved having their own bunk beds. That said, the bunk bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable – they were a little thin – but honestly, it wasn’t a deal...

「Great family room, spacious. Lovely outdoor space for children. Food was excellent, very generous portions. Gluten free catered for very well. Unfortunately the shower in room 33 constantly dripped. Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo. Thanks」
