「It was clean, although a little difficult to get to until you got used to the area. No clear signs from the main road to the hotel. Close to some dining options and about a mile from downtown Berkeley Springs.」

「When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard...

「We had been to the hotel multiple times prior to the casino, but this was our first time back since the casino opened. We hoped the casino would be less visible for overnight guests, however, the Casino, lights, and feel are directly across from the check-in desk and can not be avoided. It was not terrible, but the charm of the property is not the same despite the continued beauty of the area. We will not be going back in the future. 」
