Wonderful stay. Office staff friendly. Lovely stay. Not a upscale but room was clean, comfortable, and satisfactory. Its a bit older but nice enough. Will stay again.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lacked some amenities like tissues, only one bar of soap, and breakfast was poor. However, it had everything we needed and we didn't spend much time there so it worked for us. Coffee was good. It was close to the WMRT and C&O which is why we were there.

The tv did not work (turned on and there was volume but no picture) and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. The room temperature was decent but anytime we walked out to our car we had to pass a smoking area, which was disgusting.

I was staying here for a bit of an extended period while helping my sister finalize a divorce. I rebooked my room daily, as I was unsure my length of stay and did not want to overpay. I was able to stay mostly in one room, and due to being a remote worker who can't have workday disruptions, I requested that housekeeping not freshen my room during my stay. I woke up the morning of my last night there and as I was getting coffee in the lobby, a male housekeeper (who I did not recognize from my stay there) approached me out of nowhere and became hostile and aggressive towards me, telling me that I needed to leave, that I'd be causing problems by rebooking rooms and not "allowing" housekeeping to enter my room, and that management - who was not present to confirm and the staff refused to give me contact information for - had told this individual to facilitate my removal of the property. The other housekeeping staff seemed unaware of this. The front desk staff was unaware of this. The male housekeeper seemed overly aggressive and appeared "rough" as if he clearly has an unsavory background. I believe some sort of anger or unchecked mental problems caused him to act inappropriately in this manner, as I had been an unproblematic guest who was mainly there to work and sleep between assisting a local family member in need. The hotel is grungy, for example food was spilled on the ground right in the main entrance and just swept up, not mopped and the remnants of the food remained.

The staff are really nice and it's a quiet place (at least in winter). The housekeeping staff is really friendly. Breakfast is pretty minimal but it's better than nothing and the coffee is hot. My room was clean. No complaints.

The bed was way too small for the bed frame, and there were no spoons nor any cutlery in the breakfast room, and hardly any food. I wanted an extra blanket or two, but the attendant said there were few even though the place was empty.

The motel is older. My family stayed there about 12 years ago for a local family event. And, I recently stayed there for an extended family event. The place, although worn, remains clean. The room it’s self has bumps and bruises, chipped paint on the trim, wall patches in the bathroom, yet everything was functional… plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, Bed/bedding was fresh, and comfortable. I was very disappointed in the advertised breakfast, coffee, milk, OJ, and carbs that are found down the street at the local “Sheetz”.

No refrigerator in the room. Tv service was horrible or should I simply say there wasn't any service. All it did was "buffer" the entire time. What they called a breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, and frosted flakes. Could not understand the person at the front desk. Between accent and mumbling. Was bare footed and feet were black from dirt in the carpet. If it had not been so late, I would have went to another hotel. Doubt I stay at Wyndham hotels again until something is changed to compensate me for a horrible night.
