「There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. 「I think its a matter of you get what you pay for. I was put off by all the signs everywhere trying to rein in guest behavior. The pool and gym were not open and appeared to be in poor condition. I didnt like the remote front desk. The audio was terrible. The only working ice machine was on the 6th floor, which apparently wasnt even used as it wasnt air conditioned.
