Staff let family into our room while we were walking the dogs without our knowledge. It smells like mold from previous water damage. Other than that the staff was helpful with our early check in.

The moment I pulled up and saw the condition of the exterior, I did not want to go in. The place is OLD and in major need of either being torn down and rebuilt, or it needs some Major repairs.

The property has aged. Very MCM and could really be done over well. It is clean but very dated. Beds were comfortable and linens were very clean. The rooms are very large. Larger than newer hotels. Outside needs care as the weeds and such has taken over. If they invested to update, it would really shine. It's a diamond in the rough.

This Quality Inn is a blast from the past, a total 70's design. It seems to be well maintained but a little worn around the edges. What's important to me is that the hotel and my room were clean and the bed was fine. The breakfast was OK but nothing exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rate was very good so a good value for the money. I would stay here again. Peace brother.

Property was clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The pool table lacked a cue ball and they couldn’t find it. The TV was good, but the reception was glitchy, losing sync so often that watching a movie or basketball game was difficult at best.

The room cleanliness was awful. Possibly because of having a pet room, but I had to pick a piece of poop off the floor. I was willing to look past the cleanliness but we were there for a totally of 3 hours before not being able to breathe in the room. I have asthma and a sensitivity to mold and my boyfriend has asthma and we both had to leave the room within 3 hours and just forgo staying. I’ve never had an experience of having to just forgo a room. We ended up leaving, no refund, and just having to stay elsewhere. I’m incredibly disappointed I spent money to stay here. Never fought the charge just accepted that it was essentially a room that was inhabitable. I would highly recommend not staying as I’m afraid of the health consequences attached to a night here.

The hotel lobby was beautiful with an open fire pit. The room was nice, the bathrooms could use a little work, but overall for the price you can’t beat it. Breakfast is from 6-9am I missed it by 15 mins so that’s my fault. But the room was clean. The bed and pillows were nice. We requested an extra blanket and pillows and got them promptly. For all the bad reviews I did not see anything out of the ordinary. Thanks for a nice stay!

I understand I wasn’t choosing a premier property, but I do expect cleanliness. We arrive and the lobby is dated and smelled musty, both of which I can overlook. The staff checking us in was struggling due to system upgrades, but overall pleasant. Only needing a place to sleep for the night, we proceed to our non-refundable room. Like the lobby, the room furniture is dated and worn, but it was the shower that set this property as the worst of all places I have stayed. There was excessive black mold all over the caulk in the shower, making it unusable. Having seen the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, we left without breakfast not trusting that any care would be given to food preparation.

Rooms definitely should have been cleaner and better kept. The bathroom also needed a better cleaning. When I went in shower it was covered in someone’s hair. First time I turned on hot water it came out brown. Staff were polite and very helpful. Parking was easy as there were plenty of parking spaces.
