I am not sure what is going on with the Gunter with the closing of the restaurant and the speak easy, but it is still a very nice place to stay.

This was a darling and quaint hotel unlike any we have stayed at. Bathroom was quite small. Restaurant had recently closed, so no food or bar on premises. Still we would likely stay there again because of the unusually pleasant environment inside.

I REALLY liked this hotel. I even got to see one of the owners when I walked in. Super cool! The room was cute. I love the old hallways too. My only gripe? There was 2 rooms by mine and they were up late drinking. At one point they decided to make it a hallway party.. took a bit to fall asleep. Didn't seem like anyone was around to tell them.

This was unlike other hotels in that it felt homey. The hotel was built in 1897 and was definitely quirky but also completely charming and unique. If we come back to Frostburg we would 100% stay here again every time!
