「Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot」

「Property is dated but well maintained. Our room was recently refurnished, with a very comfortable new bed. And fresh clean sheets. but we the walls were thin and we heard our neighbor’s tv all night until we got up at 6 am There was coffee in the office every morning at 6 but only powder creamer, not real milk. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. the motel honored my special request for extra blankets.」

「Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great.」

「The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no. On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people...

「Jess is awesome! Everything about the stay was perfect. From check in details to actual check in and the stay. She is always reachable and always communicated all details of the stay. We stayed in the Trophy room and it was amazing. The view out the window and the aesthetic was perfect! Located minute's from every thing in bellefonte or a short drive away to some of the other attractions and state college. Can't wait to try some of the other rooms in the house! Definitely will be back!...
