「We walked in to a room that was already occupied, beds were used and food was left all over. We went back to front desk and we were assigned a room on the 3 floor where no elevator was available. I am 39 weeks pregnant and barely made it upstairs 」

「Great place again. Only problem was the bathtub was slick as ice. I am 70 years old and it scared me to death. I don’t need another broken hip! Please put some non-skid strips in the bathtub.」

「The only inconvenience was the locations of the ice machines. At the very end of the hall on the first first floor and by the elevator on the third floor. We were on the second floor where there wasn't an ice machine 」

「The room was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. The only issue i had was that i had requested 2 cots. Instead of cots we were given 2 baby cribs. We ended up getting a 2nd room anyway. 」

「We had a nice stay. The front desk was so accommodating to us! Very helpful with coupons for dinner and even providing cute coloring pages for my 4 year old. The breakfast assortment was yummy from making waffles to chobani yogurt! We were disappointed the pool was closed due to renovations. It never stated that when booking, maybe disclaimer should be provided especially when families book for the pool. 」

「First off, the staff is phenomenal. Anything you ask for, immediately taken care of. Just walking through, always greeted with a smile and a hello, good morning, etc. I would have given the hotel 5 stars across the board if there was a pool, but for me that’s always a downside not having one. In terms of staying again, absolutely!」
