Didn't like the stay at this place. Firstly when we checked in, our room's toilet flush wasn't working. After that when we went to check desk to inform , we were told there is only one room available for us, if we are interested. And the way this was communicated showed a bit of frustration from their end. As a customer we need to feel welcomed, this wasn't the case. When we went to the new room, the light switches were all messed up and there were only 2 napkins in the room.
Next day when we went for breakfast, it was terrible. Possibly the worst continental because for at a hotel. Additionally, when we were eating, the worker there started to clean up the place and started to remove everything. It was badly organized and the worker seemed arrogant that were couldn't even go and make waffle.
Bad experience overall, specially considering I paid $120 for a stay of 10 hours (overnight stay).
