"I stayed for three nights with my two kids and I have to say it was absolutely amazing! The room was so clean and perfect for the three of us, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt 100%
It is conveniently located within walking distance of a lot of attractions as well and access to the metro is right there. The food was also great. We can’t wait to go back. "
"Upon arrival, the valet was very attentive and helpful. The check-in was very easy. This one's always very clean, easy to find a room, also easy to find so many amenities on a lower level, such as the pool and the gym. I would definitely suggest getting the breakfast included.Breakfast is very delicious and the waitress was phenomenal. All pros, however, my only con was not being able to select your room on the floor would I'd love to be on a higher floor. Overall, the room was nice and spacious. The bed felt great. The TV was clear. Sounds good. Coffee was nice and the shower was perfect. "
