"This is a microhotel so the rooms are VERY SMALL. It is convenient to Capital One arena but the price is too high. The room was clean and all just too small. Also it is very noisy on the street here. Thankfully the hotel provided earplugs or I would not have been able to sleep. The rooftop bar is nice with really nice views. Beeare that parking is .2 miles away and hardly any room to pull up out front to unload and reload. No valet parking either. All in all it wasnt a bad stay just overpriced for what you get. I much prefer the Kimpton Hotel. "

"This was our second time staying here, and we have always been impressed with the service. Clean room, friendly staff, good price for the location. We’ll be back!"

"It was in a good location. The lobby was vibrant. However the service wasn't the best. When we initially checked in the lady at the front desk was rude But after that everyone else was nice and helpful. The service at the restaurant was slow. The rooms are fine. They're way smaller than I thought they'd be and the ceiling are really low. We went during spring break so I expected the prices to expensive. But the 1st half of our trip we stayed in a luxury 5 star hotel for only a few hundred dollars more than the Yotel. So for the price, there are better options in the area. In a pinch I would stay here again. But only if there are no other options. It was a busy time and our initial hotel was sold out for the remainder of our trip. Or I would've stayed there. "

"We preferred a place where we could prepare/cook breakfast in the morning and do our own laundry. The room was clean and spacious. Move-in coordinator will get in touch thru email about the check-in and check-out process. We’ll definitely rebook if we visit DC in the future. "
