The Willard was impeccable from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The room was spacious and beautiful kept. The room service was quick and food always so good. The property is beautiful, the staff mostly friendly and the rooms nice. However, anything relating to dining makes this place a nightmare. Their desserts are inedible. The maitre are rude, and because of restaurant renovations, they spill the dining room into corridors making it uncomfortable to use the facilities or even cross the hotel.

The people were wonderful. The service was excellent. My only recommendation would be to make the towels softer and smell fresher.
