「Nice, clean, very helpful and friendly staff」

「This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!」

「The breakfast didn't have fruit or cut up fruit in frig. Did't care for the sausage」

「The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.」

「Nice stay」

「Not good 」

「Close to Mayo with hourly shuttle service. Also parking underground was secure. Good breakfast included and the bar/restaurant very nice too. We will stay here again when my husband gets his other shoulder done.」

「I love it.」

「It's a nice hotel but dated. Smells musty, water drains slow in sink, carpets look worn and dingy. The jacuzzi floor looked dirty. Didn't use the swimming pool. Breakfast is OK, sausages were lukewarm but the waffles were great!」

「Me gustó que todo está muy limpio y la recepción fueron muy amables . Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno , lo único que tenía fue café , pan y avena」

「Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. 」

「Good breakfast」

「Parking was an additional fee but the walk wasn't bad and there was a skyway. The beds had some hair on the outer most layers, I suspect housekeeping didn't use their lint rollers on that part. Housekeeping knocked on our door and tried to enter despite us hanging the do not disturb sign and getting a late checkout with front desk, which was a bit alarming early in the morning.」
