「Tommy welcomed us like we were friends. The location is amazing and the hotel rooms are super chic. It’s possible to walk to Golden Gate Park. The walk is 3 miles and through cool neighborhoods. I was happy I stayed here.」
「Nice area. Staff is okay. I forgot some items in the closet, called hours after checkout and they never got back to me. Policy in Vegas is they have to hold it for you, not sure what their policy is but I thought that was wrong. 」
