Let’s just be straight up about it. The place is ghetto for lack of better terms. The noises at night is terrible, you’re at the mercy of homeless people yelling,talking to themselves. The A/C is the window open. The bathroom was beyond small, but it was either paying extra to have my own bathroom inside the room, or pay less and have a shared one with other people. This place is definitely if you’re on a budget. Would I stay here again, naw.

Solid place to stay in the mission for a really good price. A lot of reviews complain about features of the neighborhood like the noise level, so if you're bothered by any of that stop looking at hotels in the mission or bring earplugs. Close to tons of great restaurants and fun shops, plus just a few blocks from the bart. They offer 24/7 check in. Our room had a microwave and fridge, a TV, and a fan. Could've used a few more towels as two people staying there but that'd be my only complaint.

My room has a cockroach when I asked to switch the room, the front desk guy was very rude and refused to switch my room. but instead of giving me a good customer service, he told me if I didn’t like it I can leave.

If you need an emergency one nighter, this is prob a quick choice spot. The building is old, and there's practically no service. Don't think about comfortability, AC, or spacious room. Just a bed with flowery sheets you cannot see if they are clean, a bath tub behind a door with no place to put your bar soap, and shower head that squirts tiny burst of water. It is conveniently looked, but coming out of mission station is a crowded station for the homeless. Feels safe but definitely not the safest area. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for but not necessarily cheap either.

1週間三階に宿泊しましたが、騒音で起きることはなかったです。ホテルの周りは毎晩浮浪者がたくさんいますが、話しかけられることはなく、人がたくさんいたため、犯罪が起こりそうな雰囲気もなかったです。部屋の清潔度は問題なかったので良かったです。しかし、1日だけ清掃に来なかったため、タオルを替えるように言っても翌日の清掃までできないと言われたので、二晩同じタオルを使わなければいけなかったのが残念です。

Great location with a lot of places to visit close by. Only 2 blocks from BART, so getting the hotel from the airport was very easy. The room was clean as was the hotel. Only issue was the alley behind my room was noisy. But that is to be expected in a city. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware.
