「Check-in was fast & staff were helpful. My room was in first floor. Everything clean. Plenty of towels and very comfy beds. I stayed on a Tuesday night, but ear plugs provided. Not needed for my stay. Easy walk or walk/tram to Tik Tok Arena. Really good value for a last minute concert trip to Sydney.」

「If you are looking for a place to stay in Sydney, I would advise you to AVOID THIS ONE. This was truly the WORST accommodation experience in Australia. First, the room was extremely dusty and poorly cleaned. The area behind the headboard has so much dust. There were several cockroaches and cobwebs, and the dishes were unwashed and greasy. Second, the crossbar that supports the tabletop was broken, leaving us with no place to eat. I reported this issue to the front desk twice and to...

「The room is relatively small in size, hard to open two large luggages. The basin is also small in size, it is located outside the bathroom so the water sometimes splash to the floor. Good vibe in entrance lobby and G/F restaurant. Easy to find a street parking outside the hotel.」
