「Staffs are friendly and very helpful!」

「We had an extended stay here and I was told that we would have house keeping every other day. After 7 days we had not one house keeping visit. Tub would fill with no drain/slow drain. Bathroom door would not stay open, had a slow close due to being out of square. carpet in room had tears and needed cleaned. beds were soft and pillows were extremely soft. at check in the cable was not working and needed to contact front desk for help. Breakfast is very limited and could be a lot better for...

「The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. I liked having that choice😊 We will stay again.The cost was very good, too.」

「I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable.」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...
