"Restaurant has improved tremendously but breakfasts are now horrible: fake eggs, cold potatoes, and terrible coffee. And front desk is horrible. We requested late check out a day before, they told us to check back in next day. Had us call back 3 times checking back in the next day to ultimately be told they had let others check out late and we would have to pay 25 dollars for an extra hour. Why couldn't they have told us that the day before, if that was in fact the case. We also went down in person during breakfast to talk to front desk, waited a few minutes and no one ever came. We will not be going back."

The room was impeccably clean, and the complimentary snacks and drinks available were a thoughtful touch for traveling back and forth to campus during graduation weekend. The staff did an outstanding job managing a completely sold-out graduation weekend while maintaining such a high level of hospitality."

"I’m 50 years old and this is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life- I’ve traveled to many developing countries. Everything was simply gross and to top it off the tv and internet did not work. One positive- the exterior and staff were fine but this didn’t help with the actual accommodations and was actually misleading. "
