From check-in to check-out, the customer service was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, and the complimentary snacks and drinks available were a thoughtful touch for traveling back and forth to campus during graduation weekend. The staff did an outstanding job managing a completely sold-out graduation weekend while maintaining such a high level of hospitality.

I had an accessible room which was the best I had had anywhere. It was large and had plenty of space to maneuver around with my rollator even to the toilet ! It had a low tub with bars on the wall and a seat. The only thing missing, and I pointed it out, was a bar to hold onto to step into the tub. With this bar in place I will always go back to my favorite room at the Courtyard for Marriott in Hadley to enjoy the Amherst Symphony Orchestra performances.

The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff at the front desk.

My son and I stayed during a big snow storm, staff not only got us checked in early but were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was also relatively spotless and clean given the circumstances with the storm.

After driving from Cape Cod to UMass Amherst during a blizzard, arriving early was stressful—but the Courtyard Marriott in Hadley made everything easy. Early check-in was seamless, the room was ready, and the staff was excellent. Jayden at the front desk was especially professional and welcoming. A comfortable, stress-free stay and definitely a place I’d return to and recommend.
