There was Jack hammering from 7 am to 10 pm. The walls are thin so it was heard even with ear plugs. Also there are literally 4 of everything which seemed to be a big slim pickings. Front desk is not very friendly or helpful.

I could not fault this hotel in any way. After long days out sightseeing and shopping it was great to get back and relax. This was our first time in Boston so we’re not sure which area was best to stay in. However the hotel’s location in Back Bay was excellent.

Room was much better than I expected. And the location is great to all walkable loctions, if your ok w walking (which is best, since there's no/minimal parking available in general
