「I loved the easy access to the stairs. I travel with my dogs and they don’t like elevators! The room was clean and we were very comfortable.」

(I mentioned this to the person at the checkout desk and she was most appreciative.) P.S. I wish the room had chair-height toilets. The low ones are especially difficult for elderly folks like myself. 」

「Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. 」
