"I’ll be a costumer on Expedia for too many years and this is the fist time the hotel charges $250!the security deposit, room window too much outside light, to hard to go to sleep, plumbing drain to noise. Hotel was clean and convenient location."

"It is a great location for events at the Kia Forum, which was our reason for staying there. But, pay attention to the room type that was booked. We were not given the room that we reserved (a one bedroom suite), we were given a room (2 queen beds) that was less expensive. When I went back down to let the front desk know that I booked a different type of room, they went up to show me what they had available, none of which was the type that I booked. I finally picked a junior suite, which would have been cheaper than the one bedroom I reserved online, but there was no offer for a price adjustment until I went back and spoke to someone else at the front desk. It all worked out, but if I had not said anything, I would have been given a much cheaper and smaller room with no rate adjustment."
