「Front desk staff had zero urgency. When I arrived, I was #6 in line and when I was done there were about 10 behind me. I get that computers only process so fast and whatever, but she was 100% unbothered. Hotel was noisy. Not the people in it, but the actual building. Doors were loud and keypad entry was loud. Like wake you up loud. Rooms and building were beautiful though! I’d stay again and just prepare for a slow check in and bring ear plugs.」

「The room was clean and had very high ceilings. There was an unexpected laundry in the studio. It was a short 10-minute walk to Broadway and across the street parking. I preferred this place for coming and going in my car because it was on the outskirts of the busy downtown traffic. 「The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in. The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair. 「We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though.」
