"I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement."

Wingate by Wyndham Charlotte Airport I-85/I-485

8/10 Good
"The staff was very nice and helpful. The Expedia website said that their shuttle to the airport starts at 4am. I needed it for a 5:45am flight. I found out that the Expedia website was wrong and the shuttle does not start until 5am. The staff helped me book a Uber for the morning. The shuttle driver who picked me up from the airport was a nice smiley face after a long international flight and the front desk person was very helpful, even though she didn't have a 4am shuttle."

"Very clean and exactly like the pictures. I love the fridge and microwave most hotels today do not have that. Housekeeping cleaned everyday and if for some reason we didn’t need them to clean but just needed extra towels they gave it with no hesitation. Staff was extremely nice. The only thing I didn’t like and was not aware of before hand was the $10 nightly parking. Keep in mind it’s self parking so that was a bummer."

"Three night stay for a concert/mini getaway. Unique set up for a high rise hotel with check in desk on the 13th floor. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. Great bar and outdoor area for gathering and some bags. Elevators were quick and parking turned out ok. We took advice of others and parked first day in adjoining lot to save about $25/night. Used valet for the final day and our valet driver was awesome! This is a good walkable location for concerts, uptown restaurants, bars and arts district. We enjoyed the area and felt safe."
