We only stayed for one night because of a function near by. The staff was helpful with all our questions, ease with parking and checking in early. Breakfast in morning was adequate but didn't have coffee creamer which is so prevalent in most hotel chains. Just a small offering for guests. I would definitely stay here again. Good location.

The room was clean and up-to-date. The property itself was well-maintained and it is located near many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful with both check-in and check-out. The self-parking was very interesting. However, I did receive detailed instructions which were very easy to follow and provided a seamless parking experience. I was greatly appreciative of that information received beforehand.

Fantastic Location!

Staff was all very friendly and professional. Drinks were great! Food was good, only note is I was with a friend and our meals came out about 10 minutes apart. Location was perfect for the concert we were going to see.

I stayed one night at Residence Inn Charlotte City Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well located in a central and convenient area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a really nice view—perfect for resting after a long drive. I would especially like to mention Alisa from the breakfast area, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help us with fresh fruit for my two-year-old, who loves sliced apples. She kindly cut the apples into thin slices for him and offered us fresh fruit, which we truly appreciated. We stayed only one night to rest and continue our trip, but we enjoyed the hotel so much that we will be returning in a few weeks. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, and overall it was a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

After a long day at a conference, the room was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable, tv was fantastic. Easy to operate and offered Netflix connection.
