Overall, this property was okay, but could really stand out much more positively if they could do some deep carpet cleaning throughout the lobby and hall areas, and also touch up paint in alot of rough places... room layout itself was spacious and unique, but bathroom tub drain was really in need of replacement...breakfast area was spacious, and bar area was maintained okay...for the price, it was decent, but could desperately use a good deep carpet clean/ paint job...plus, for nonsmoking hotel, our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke ...

They was nice and professional! The hotel was okay conditions need a lot of upgrades. We had to change rooms three times. The key to the room stop working and had changed the key twice. The last key you had to keep working with it. Which is unsafe. Everything was clean and they need to do better with their breakfast.

Staff was not that courteous at check in, room doors and some locks not working properly, carpet very worn out and needs replacing and when I asked staff for a recommendation on a good restaurant to eat they told me to google it. I was celebrating my 19 year wedding anniversary and it was a disappointment. The only thing nice was the price for stay

I did not spend the night there. I would like a refund because I did not use the service. Got moved to a 2nd room because of drug smoke on 6th floor. Then on the 2nd room , the bathroom did not worhk/flush and the bed had a wide valley in the middle. In summary, I changed hotels. I did not spend tge evening overnight in La Quinta.

Pretty sure we had black mold in our room, it looked so outdated. We only stayed one night. The surrounding area is not the best.
