「This is a quiet neighborhood with some walkable restaurants, but there’s no telling who else will be staying on site. I had a terrible first night with someone knocking on door at 1:30 AM and loud music till 3:30. The “trust and safety team” are still “investigating” 4 days later. No proactive steps to get me a refund or credit for a disruptive night. Also the parking lot isn’t reserved; it’s first come. 「I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.」
